BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank today announced that it will open a full-service branch in Green Bay on Monday, June 1 at 1620 W. Mason St. Suite B (corner of W. Mason and Military Ave. in front of Burlington Coat Factory).

The existing Green Bay West branch (1483 W. Mason St.) will close on Friday, May 29, 2015 and the branch staff will transfer to the new location, which will feature an updated design concept and new banking technology.

“At North Shore Bank, we are always working to provide the best experience for our customers and the most convenient banking options,” said Susan T. Doyle, senior vice president for North Shore Bank. “We’re excited about the new branch’s design and exciting features, and we know the Green Bay community will embrace them as well.”

The branch will feature teller pods instead of a traditional teller line, as well as cutting-edge technology, including a drive-up remote teller machine, tablet technology, Wi-Fi, video conferencing capabilities with mortgage experts and more.

Personal bankers will still be on hand to help customers who prefer face-to-face assistance with their banking transactions, but the new technology and enhanced branch designs will allow customers more flexible options, including extended banking hours.

Details for the new branch including hours, grand opening events and more, will be announced in late spring.
