BROOKFIELD, Wis. – North Shore Bank announced today that it has promoted a new Mortgage Loan Originator for Door County and northeast Wisconsin communities, Deidre Mickelson.
Mickelson has been with the bank for four years, previously serving as a branch manager and in business development. In her new position, Mickelson will be responsible for assisting clients in Door, Kewaunee and Brown counties with the home mortgage process.
“We are thrilled to welcome Deidre to the mortgage team,” said Chris Boland, vice president and consumer lending manager at North Shore Bank. “She is a charismatic professional with deep roots in the industry and a natural ability to help people navigate the many tough decisions that come into buying or refinancing a home.”
Mickelson, a Sister Bay resident, is actively involved in the community. She serves on the board of directors of the Door County Bowling Congress and participates in the Door County Economic Development Corporation and the Sister Bay Advancement Association.
“I love meeting new people and developing the long-term relationship to help them achieve their financial goals. Home ownership is a dream for so many people and also one of the largest and most complicated financial decisions many people will make in their lifetime,” said Mickelson. “Whether this is a client’s first home or their retirement getaway, I strive to find the best options and make the transition as smooth as possible for my clients.”
